Radio Dhadkan revolves around the concept of making the entire model a people centered and community led process. The entire team of Dhadkan capacitates people who come either straight from the villages with no education, or people from semi-urban parts of Shivpuri with practically no idea of working on a computer. The Dhadkan team has:
